We bought a vehicle at Auto World, had it less than a week, and realized the transmission was going out. We called Will (our salesperson) to let him know but didn’t really expect anything because we didn’t buy the warranty. Auto World put a NEW transmission in it at no cost! Wow auto world! Thank you! We will always do business with you!

Everyone at Auto World was amazing. Will was wonderful. He was patient with all our questions and asked us what we wanted. My wife and I were uneasy at first but he gave us time to discuss our options and we never felt forced into anything.
