We bought a vehicle at Auto World, had it less than a week, and realized the transmission was going out. We called Will (our salesperson) to let him know but didn’t really expect anything because we didn’t buy the warranty. Auto World put a NEW transmission in it at no cost! Wow auto world! Thank you! We will always do business with you!

Everyone at Auto World was amazing. Will was wonderful. He was patient with all our questions and asked us what we wanted. My wife and I were uneasy at first but he gave us time to discuss our options and we never felt forced into anything.

I wanted to give a shout out to Westplains Auto world. Will is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us get into a reliable affordable vehicle. He not only helped us get a vehicle he also helped get a good trade in price with our other vehicle. Will is dedicated ro his work, and most importantly his customers. He greets you with a smile shakes your hand and does bs with you. He is honest and a man of his word. I think that he's a great asset to Westplains Auto World and they are lucky to have a hard working. Dedicated worker to be working for you. Thanks Will and the whole team from Wedtplains Auto World. I definitely give them a 100 and would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I recently purchased a new car from Auto World and our experience was wonderful!! Will made sure I got something that I loved and helped us through the whole process! He made sure we were happy with our car and even moved my belongings and licenses plates to the new car while we were signing papers!! I would recommend Will to anyone looking to get in a new vehicle!!

I have always dealt with car mart until yesterday. My husband and I stopped in to look at cars and Will was so fantastic to help us with this! He made sure we got a good deal on the car we wanted. We came in with a 2016 and left with a 2022. Thank you Will for being so nice and helpful! If you’re looking for a car stop in here!
